 6 PM GENERAL VINYASA YOGA FLOW

(Recommended for beginners and experienced practitioners.  This class involves a sequence of alignment-based, intelligently-arranged poses.  Each pose is connected with a breath, to flow from one pose to the next. The teacher offers a detailed instruction on specific poses with emphasis on proper alignment to ensure a safe and strong practice.  This class is designed to provide overall balance of strength, flexibility, and range of mobility.)  

WEDNESDAY IN-PERSON at Studio 759

5:45 PM GENERAL VINYASA YOGA FLOW

FRIDAY

 9 AM PRIVATE CLASS BY APPOINTMENT

(Highly recommended for beginners. Recommended for all.  A class designed for the rejuvenation of the body and mind. It has a slower pace.  Poses are done, focusing on body stretching and tension release from joints and muscles.  Yoga props are used for safe practice and for longer hold of poses.)

SATURDAY

9 AM PRIVATE CLASS BY APPOINTMENT

In aerial yoga practice,

we use the silk hammock as a prop

to promote marked improvements in both
