A practice of traditional yoga poses for strengthening, flexibility, and breath coordination with practice of Pilates poses for overall toning, muscle building and fat burning. Recommended for all levels.

Highly recommended for beginners.  A class designed for the rejuvenation of the body and mind. It has a slower pace.  Poses are held for a long period of time, focusing on body stretching and tension release from joints and muscles.  Yoga props are used for safe practice and for longer hold of poses. 

A sequence of alignment-based, intelligently-arranged poses, initiated by flow of sun salutations. Each pose is synchronized to a breath to flow from one pose to the next. This leads to physical strength and mental clarity. This  class is designed for all levels. 

A new type of yoga using a silk hammock. Challenging yoga poses done on the ground are much easier to practice while suspended in air. This definitely makes your exercise more enjoyable and fun.
